The 2024-2025 Gould Center Special Project is on the intersection of AI and humans — of minds and machines. In the project, our five RAs investigate various dimensions of the humanities (music, literature, philosophy, art, etc.), AI, and how they shape each other. Our biggest topics of study are the relationships of AI with deception, originality, beauty, relationship, and meaning in the real world. We are undertaking a series of "inquiries" (mini projects) to explore these areas, and our work is displayed on this website.
